CCD American Enterprises, LLC was established originally as a division of Cafe Homes, Inc. which has serviced the Central Florida area since 1991. A Better Business Bureau A+ Premier Builder, Cafe Homes has built and developed over 350 single family homes, more than 40,000 square feet of medical offices, over 140,000 square feet of warehouse space, and has permitted and developed in excess of 330 residential lots here in Central Florida over the past 20+ years. In an effort to increase self performance on their own job sites, Cafe Homes decided to establish their very own Air Conditioning Equipment Sales and Installation firm. As a result, CCD American Enterprises was born and developed as its own entity to not only service Cafe Homes but the Central Florida area home and business owners. In addition, CCD American Enterprises decided to acquire the established domain name of www.acoverstock.com to provide an online store front for those customers who prefer to purchase online. This acquisition took place in late 2010 and since has operated and distributed over 750 units nationwide in just the first six months of operations. CCD American Enterprises now offers its customers the convenience of either having a traditional Advisor visit their home or business and provide Heating and Cooling Solutions or a Virtual Storefront that provides overstock pricing on name brand equipment with next day shipping.Managing Members:Carlos Rivero, founder of Cafe Homes Inc., entered the real estate and construction industry in 1988.

A Florida licensed Building and General Contractor and Real Estate Broker, Mr. Rivero has established his organization as a family oriented, results driven, and quality conscious entity. His area of expertise are diverse ranging from the building of tract homes, custom homes, medical centers, industrial complexes, and commercial flex warehousing. Cafe Homes is rated under the Better Business Bureau as an A+ member for it’s customer based focus, quality driven designs, and efficient performance standards.
